Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled at Arhau S.n.c..


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product is incorrect or does not match the order

  • The return is requested within the 14-day period and meets all return conditions


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, parts, and documentation (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase


4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The customer changed their mind after placing the order

  • The order was placed by mistake

  • The product has already been shipped or is in transit and is not defective

  • The product shows no defects and matches its description

  • The item has been used, damaged, altered, or is not in original condition

  • The item is returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories

  • The return request is submitted after the 14-day return period

  • The product was damaged due to improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

  • The product was damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer

  • Proof of purchase cannot be provided


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are only covered by us if:

  • the product is defective, or

  • the customer received an incorrect item


7. Defective or Damaged Products

Any visible defects or shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


8. Lost or Improper Returns

We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit before they are received by us.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping.


9. Product Use

We are not responsible for defects or damages resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product information before use.
